Got adobada fries and two buche tacos at 2 am, woke up in the middle of the night with severe diarrhea that turned mildly bloody as the day went on. Finally calmed down that evening after taking 2 imodium caplets.

Ate carne asada, adobada, lengua, cabeza tacos at about noon and threw up/had diarrhea starting at 9pm that lasted all night and into the next day.
