I had two bowls of Lucky Charms. One at night and then in the morning the next day. I then proceeded to get constipation, insane amounts of gas that was hard to pass, painful stomach cramps, and a headache that took hours to clear up.. Purchased from Target  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Gas, Constipation
