I had a bowl of lucky charms before going to bed. After finishing the bowl, only a few minutes later, i had cramping. Then the diarrhea started. Bad diarrhea. This morning I don’t feel that great. Can’t eat anything. Just drinking water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
