Became violently ill for multiple days from what I’m assuming is improper sanitation. I ordered a burger - cooked medium well; perhaps lettuce was contaminated? Became ill 3 hours after consuming. Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, dehydration which was so bad I had to go to urgent care. AVOID.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
