Expired Chicken Sickens Human & Dog

Chicken breast that expired on 14/9/25 large pack (650g) myself and my dog got sick off two separate packs. Both overcooked definitely not undercooked. Dog needed antibiotics and still isn't right. Chicken hadn't expired when we consumed it. Worst cramps I've ever had and non stop vomit for 12 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
