My steak tasted funny and I didn’t finish it. It was really grainy and tasted like dog food. I ended up with severe stomach pains that night with diarrhea and then nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
