Cactus Blossom Illness Outbreak

Cactus blossom or the dip that comes with it I believe, 4 people got sick. Only the people that ate the Cactus Blossom are ill with bad diarrhea, burps, stomach pain and gurgling. We are there 24 hours ago and symptoms started within 10 hours.
