2 Korean tacos with fresh lime fresh jalapeo slices and fresh bean sprouts.10172018 Take out @ home about 8pm. Had diarrhea starting 10182018 @ 530am. Also much stomach and intestinal gurgling and gas. All symptoms still present 10192018 @1236pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
