On 10/8/23 - My daughter & I split a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, AND the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. She got very sick on our drive home, and 2 days later I got very sick & was tested & dx with Salmonella. I had to be put on an RX to get over it, it took til day 6 of meds to have any relief.

Had the pizza and a salad for lunch on Saturday 9/2. Vomiting and diarrhea started that night and has been ongoing for 40 hours. My daughter had pizza and no salad and did not get sick.

Ate the chicken Madeira, had it around 6 o’clock and watch a movie afterward on the way home after the movie felt sick to my stomach and threw up as soon as I arrived home and threw up intensely for the next 5 hours and the next day had diarrhea
