My sister and I ate lunch there at around 12.10pm. She got a side caesar salad and onion rings, and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. And around 4 to 5 pm we started getting stomach ache such as cramping, nausea and the urge to defecate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
