Ramen, Edamame Trigger Illness

My fiancé and I had Bakudan Ramen at The Rim on Friday night. Two hours later, my fiancée started vomiting and continued to vomit and have diarrhea throughout the night. I also had the same issues, we both had the ramen and edamame.
