Shrimp Quesadilla Illness

I got sick after eating a shrimp quesadilla and mozzarella sticks. Ate a shrimp quesadilla and less than 5 hours later had profuse watery diarrhea, nausea, chills, joint, muscle and abdominal pains. Muscle pains have subsided after 4 days however water diarrhea and abdominal cramps still persist.…
