Shortly after eating pizza made with crust experienced intense and sharp abdominal pains, headache, dizziness, body aches and fever/chills.

Ate on Thursday afternoon around 1pm. Sick Thursday night fever nausea. All day Thursday diarrhea no appetite. All day Saturday diarrhea no appetite.
