Tropical Wrap Causes Illness

Had a jerk chicken wrap and a Blimey Limey. 6 hours later had horrible stomach cramps, fever, chills and diarrhea that lasted two days. Was on the toilet every half hour pooping liquid.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
