Ordered the chipotle chicken club flatbread and had severe stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. I was the only one who had the lettuce from there so I'm assuming that's what caused it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
