Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Chicken
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional Information: Chicken pesto sandwich and sunrise sunset smoothie on June 29th at around 7pm. Next day, woke up with diarrhea, vomiting, chills.
