Food Safety Reports: Ugly Tuna Tavern, Peninsula Drive, Millcreek Township, PA, USA

Family had a late lunch. 5 hours later entire family (4children) had fever, diarrhea, chills, nausea and vomiting. Went to urgent care and confirmed that it was food poisoning. Only place we are that day was the Ugly Tuna.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
