Chicken enchiladas /
Came home that night and threw everything up with extremely bad chills. Woke up next morning with a fever of 100. Been sick about 5 days now and still experiencing fever, chills, and occasional vomiting+headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Headache, Chills
