Ordered a chicken and sausage omelette. About 4 hours after eating, I woke up with severe stomach pain and nausea. Rushed to bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting. This had got to be the worse way to start the morning before having to work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
