2 weeks ago, Lucky Charms cereal My son ate the cereal 2 times. Every time he had diariah, was throwing up all the time had a headache . Was very nausea also. We had to go to the dr and get Zofran. He was sick for 2 weeks even out of school.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Diarrhea, Vomiting
