Seventeen year old son had stomach cramps and severe diarrhea for a week, 4/12/22 until 4/19/22 after eating Lucky Charms cereal snack bars. Given IV fluids at the local clinic. We put it together after reading reports of Lucky charms and threw the remaining bars out.

I bought the mangos Friday and ate an entire mango Sunday afternoon. I started feeling sick about an hour later. Went to bed at 4 in the afternoon. Woke up at 10 pm vomiting and with watery stool. I threw up about every hour until around monday…
