Cereal Causes Night Vomiting

I bought a box of lucky charms cereal 2 days ago and last night i dont know what it was but i became sick to my stomach and i spent almost 30 mins just vomiting. Then i had to keep waking up out of my sleep because i had diarrhea that was a very lomg night for me needless to say.

Prepackaged Salad Causes Illness

I ate some of that prepackaged salad and with in an hour I had sweats and chills , I had cramps that felt like contractions, felt like doing a bowel movement but nothing can out. I used one of my children suppository to help get it out.
