MashPotatoes ? I made some mash potatoes for myself and a little while after i have a massive headache and constantly throwing up in my mouth and i feel very nauseated

Ate food from here (General Tso's Chicken &a some doughnuts). Instantaneously had horrible diarrhea, nausea, and dizziness. Suspected food poinoning has been occurring all day.
