I ate a bagged sweet kale salad with poppy seed dressing and 30 mins later I felt unwell. The next 3 hours were spent throwing up and running to the toilet with diarrhea. Once it was all out, I felt much better. But it was an intense few hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
