Food Safety Reports: Wawa, Woolbright Road, Boynton Beach, FL, USA

I ate one bite of a blueberry doughnut. Within 15 minutes starting to get deathly sick. Something was wrong with the doughnut- cross contamination, bacteria, etc.. I feel that Wawa needs to take responsibility.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
