Repeat Fries, Same Illness

My son has a very restricted diet outside of his diet he occasionally has their fries April of this year the last thing he consumed was their fries he became sick with vomiting aches nausea for days now yetsterday September 21 he got a stomache virus yet again he isn't even in school!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
