Fries Cause Severe Illness

9:30 pm August 27th, 2023. Only ate fries because they messed up the rest of my order. 10 minutes later, had horrible cramps followed by diarrhea. Woke up the next morning with a bad headache and puked.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
