Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Wendy’s chicken nuggets or chilli, maybe WOB chicken street tacos
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Symptoms started on Wednesday and today is Sunday. Still have some symptoms.
