I got a burger, fries, and chicken nuggets on October 11, 2025. I ate this. About 3 hours later I started w severe abdominal pains, nausea, and vomiting. I am on day 3 and still am having abdominal pain, and now diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
