November 12th 2023. I ate wendys from Pekin IL on our way home from a family function. Got home, went to bed and woke up with excruciating stomach cramps and violent vomiting throughout the night. 4 days later and my stomach is still not quite right.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
