Food Safety Reports: Wendy's, 5250 South East Street, Indianapolis, IN, USA

My son ate Wendy's off 135 near Epler yesterday, 10/4 at 10:00am.(5250 S. E. St.)About 5 hours later he began vomiting and was nauseous. The next morning he experienced diarrhea. That was the only food he ate that day. Could be unrelated but I wanted to report in case anyone else had issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
