Nacho Burger Causes Diarrhea

Had the loaded nacho cheese burger, was extremely good, but this is the second time that I’ve had it, and BOTH times, I’ve gotten extreme diarrhea 😭 I’m not lactose intolerant or anything, I literally eat cereal all the time, so idfk man.
