5/22/22, Spicy chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Quite sure it was the spicy chicken sandwich. Family had regular chicken sandwich and fries and no one else got sick. Severe vomiting about 4 hours after eating it and lingering nausea and abdominal pain all night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
