Kids Sick After Nuggets

Both my daughters took their children boy 1 yrs old and 4 years old got nuggets and fries 4 hours later they all were sick throwing up diarrhea all night long. This is ridiculous tomorrow early as possible I'm taking all of them to the er  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
