Nuggets, Burger Trigger Illness

Had chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger from the 4 for 4 menu at 1:00 pm on 7/13/17 on the Wendy's in Goodyear, AZ located at 1178 Litchfield Rd and about an hour after I started vomiting and with a lot of nausea and the chills. Might need to go to the emergency room.
