Nuggets Cause Severe Illness

After work I ran by Wendy’s in Hot Springs,AR on central and ordered a #10. On the way home, I ate my nuggets and fries. An hour later, I have a massive diarrhea and vomiting attack. My fever is 100.1 and I have had 2 diarrhea attacks since the initial one and another vomiting session.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
