I ate a cheeseburger & nuggets, Had diarrhea & was vomiting within 15 mins after, no prior symptoms. I have what feels like chills & fever. Not sure if it was the food or if I caught the flu. Never felt this horrible!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
