Ate chili cheese baked potato with onions at 2pm. Within the hour, developed severe stomach pains (bad enough to contemplate calling ambulance). Threw up everything and felt better within an hour afterwards.

Ate chili with cheese and onions for dinner there evening of Nov 3rd. A few hours later in the middle of the night severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Didnt eat anything else after dinner.

Chicken Sandwiches Cause Illness

Both my mother and I ate here yesterday afternoon ordered the homestyle chicken sandwiches, fries and drinks. Both os us woke up at 2:30am this morning with diarrhea and upset stomachs.
