Salad Causes Stomach Distress

Picked up a salad on the way home yesterday, about 2:00 pm. Ate around 3:00 pm, and a few hours later I was having great stomach distress, and then continual diarrhea for hours. Broke out in a drenching sweat when it was finally over, but today feel exhausted and nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating
