Ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Had food poisoning for 14 hours with symptoms including fever, chills, nasuea, vomiting,
etc. The following day I was extremely lethargic and unable to eat food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
