Nuggets Trigger Severe Cramps

I ate chicken nuggets from Wendy’s and now I have really bad cramping and feel nauseous, It was about 4-5 hours later. I started feeling cramps in my stomach, then they got severe. I ran to bathroom and had diarrhea. I went to lay down and felt so nauseous
