I ate four for four. Nothing else other than cereal. I woke in the middle of the night with stomach pains, nausea, diarrhea and finally stopped throwing up. Stomach is still churning. I ate it for lunch., I only ate it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
