Severe Illness Post-Meal

8 hours after eating at a Wendy's on a December 21, 2016, had debilitating fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Was so weak was unable to walk from bedroom to bathroom, so spent the night lying on the bathroom floor. It took 5 days for my stomach to return to normal.
