Went on my lunch around 11:00, ordered a #9 the grilled chicken sandwich, about an hour later I felt very weird in my stomach, bad cramping. Then started vomiting, diarrhea and fever. Had to leave work early and continuously pull over to vomit. I got so dehydrated…
