Chicken Salad Causes Illness

Picked up a sandwich at wenzels chicken Salad. After an hour I had Symptoms:

Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Abdominal Cramps
Fever
Dehydration
It appears that the mayonnaise used in the sandwich or one of its components might have been contaminated, leading to the severe food poisoning episode.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
