Pasta Triggers Recurring Illness

My daughter ate the can of abcs pasta with meatballs and is currently throwing up. This is the second occurrence of it happening i just pieced it together that she ate the same thing both nights  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
