Pizza Slices Cause Illness

Last night my husband ordered a pizza with pepperoni and pineapples. I removed the pepperoni and pineapples and ate 2 slices at around 11 pm. By 5 am I had terrible stomach pain, completely drenched in sweat.l and Diarrhea. This lasted for about 45 minutes. Never felt so much pain in my life  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Sweating
