We just came back from a trip to Punta Cana and our 3 year old developed a rash and fever on the last day, my 7 year old started vomiting and diarrhea and now my 10 year old is also vomiting and is complaining of headache.

Experienced severe diarrhea on last two days of trip in April 2019...lasted for another week...accompanied by cramping.
