I ate at Panera around 6 pm last night and I had their BBQ Mac and Cheese and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. My friend tried some of my food too and the next morning we both had the same symptoms of severe abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Ich hatte den Chicken Caesar Salad und die Brokkoli-Chedder-Suppe, 6-7 Stunden später hatte ich extreme Krämpfe und erbrach mich jede Stunde und hatte bis zu 9 Stunden lang alle zwei Stunden Durchfall
