I ate at Panera around 6 pm last night and I had their BBQ Mac and Cheese and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. My friend tried some of my food too and the next morning we both had the same symptoms of severe abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Comí la ensalada César de pollo y la sopa de brócoli y queso chedder, 6-7 horas después tuve calambres extremos y vomité cada hora y tuve diarrea cada dos horas durante hasta 9 horas
